14:00 pm 29/03/2024 today my wife and I went to the store to buy some stuffs, when we came to check out, a young boy at the counter had a very bad attitude with us, just like we went there to beg him for the food. He did yawn in front of us without covering his mouth, and he did it in purpose !!! Just to say he doesn’t want to serve us. When I say “I pay by card please”, he didn’t say anything, and I need to reach the card machine by myself (it is pretty far from my reach) Then I ask him “all good?” to make sure that the money is charged, he didn’t even look at me, and didn’t even reply me. After reading the reviews, I was quite excited to do my Asian grocery shopping for the first time at NT emporium. Sadly, I was quite disappointed with the limited variety of options. The prices are quite high and yes the store is nice and clean and has big space with friendly staff but I expected to see more fresh produce like fresh egg noodles, fresh chilies, garlic, ginger, coriander, bean sprouts, etc. even the sauce selections are limited (no Sriracha sauce!). Some items are more expensive than Woolies Asian section (dry noodles).
