Manuka Pool — Local services in District of Canberra Central

Fabulous pool! It is only a six lane 30m pool, so if you want to do laps, this might not be for you. But it has a small but devoted clientele of swimmers and families that live this pool. There's plenty of grass area over two hectares around the pool grounds for enjoying relaxing under the shade of the numerous trees. There's a shaded toddlers wading pool and pirate themed play area, also with shade sails (to protect the little kids from the harsh sun). I visited the Manuka pool for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The cost was $8 and $2 for lockers that is super cheep.

The facility is old but it is clean and definitely there is character to it.

Also make sure you take your shampoo and body wash as it is not provided.

This was the best place to do a Birthday Party for my 2 year olds (twins girls).. best area was the kids area. Where you can relax and watch the kids near by, I chose the best weekend to go, with the best weather.
