Cool, little club tucked away near Kingston. Went here for dinner with my Aunty. Staff are friendly and charismatic. Great range of tap beer. Standard $8 or 9. I imagine e cheaper with member discounts, as is standard. Lol, my only negative comments would be out of the clubs hands and to watch out for the 'regulars' when at this venue. They seem entitled... borderline territorial about "their club" Food was the star of the night (next to the staff that facilitated) it was Monday Schnitzel night. $16 for members. I had the surf n turf, $43. Cooked to perfection! Shout out to the kitchen. I'm pretty sure it was real Hollandaise, too, and if it wasn't. I couldn't tell, lol Amazing job, guys. Thank you. We will be back! **food was so amazing, I realised I didn't take a before pic. So you just get an after pic lol **amended; here we go. We went again! ... this time I took pre food eating pics lol. Check it

Got recommended to come here and had the panko crumbed schnitty. It was delicious - Chicken was moist and crust was perfect. Salad was a bit more of a garnish but that’s sort of what you expect. $5 Tooheys old, $6.30 VB and $9 Bentspoke Sprocket schooners. Great place to watch a game and get a bite, will be back!

Great atmosphere, nice friendly staff, and great food. The thai beef salad was delicious and a very generous serving. The club is very clean and laid out well. The only problem is the door to the smoking area doesn't completely seal off, so the smell of smoke drifts into the pokie area.

My family arrived for a night in Canberra looking for a nice pub like dinner, we tried the Kingston Hotel first, but unfortunately it was booked out. We then walked down the road the Eastlake and amazingly at 6.30pm on a Saturday night the restaurant/ bistro was all but empty, now we know why. We ordered dinner, noting the kids were starving but it was very very expensive for pub/ club food generally, with meals priced like an mid-fancy Sydney restaurant. To top it off, my wife ordered a vegetarian soup (being vegan) only to discover it had bacon all through it, once she told the staff, they assured her it was vegetarian and said they sometimes use beef stock, huh?? In vegetarian meals?? After discovering more pieces of bacon, she then took it back and asked for a alternate, being salad and the staff had the hide to charge the difference between the soup and salad costs some few dollars really???, really poor customer service, worst I've seen. The kids burger was a pre-made patty which tasted horrible and the little crratures pale ale was flat. Luckily the steak and chicken snitzels were OK, so half of us were satisfied. Suggest for these prices that the staff and cook know what they are serving and service improves significantly, otherwise this place will continue to be empty in comparison to its...

Went to Eastlake Football Club on a Saturday night for about 8 of us. Due to Covid-19 wanted to support local clubs around the area; although got treated with a lack of customer service.

We signed in and had a table booked. We walked into the bistro to not be introduce (mind it was quite) while seven staff stood around gossiping. Finally being introduce & them having to check where we were located. She told us the table was 402# and we had to find our table that wasn’t even in the bistro but in a conference room.

We sat and waited and waited until one of us got up to get a menu. No one check up on us or cleaned plates or anything. Most of our food was extremely disappointing. Schnitzels being dry like cardboard and my “Angus 200g Beef Patty & Bacon” being a frozen patty that was still cold in the centre. Did I mention the kitchen staff were not close to being busy to justify the menu.

Finally exiting the club, I briefly mention to who I thought was a manager. That the meals were average to not being acknowledged. Just for a bit of feedback.

Due to COVID-19 making business struggle out there in today’s world. Thought they would of taken care of their paying customers...
