Take 2: Husband went down to use credit, no name manager stated KFC policy was to not give a name. Again ordered our meal & again no chicken inside the box. Manager stated that next time go to another store. No email credit sent out. This young manager with glasses & dark hair is extremely rude. Check your order before you leave.
Dear no name manager of KFC Capalaba. Thank you for your non Customer Service. Thank you for mentioning that you don't need to give your name Sat night 23rd Sept at 6.45pm. Easy dinner turned into no dinner. There was no-one in the drive through or inside wanting to order. I ordered 2 x packs. That's it.... came home & only 1 order. "MANAGER" was not companionate or really didn't get a hoot about my concern & that I didn't live nearby to come back. Maybe KFC you could train the young managers how to deal with Customer complaints. The manager only offered a credit. But really that is not going to get me dinner tonight. When I get there, my order was in 2nd place and about 6 other orders behind on the screen. I found out that all people received their orders including orders made After 20 mins waiting. So I had to let them know that I'm waiting for an order because no one care, as soon as I said "hello", staff goes " you don't need to raise your voice" , I even haven't spoken a single word. Finally I have received the order after 35 mins waiting. I realised they didn't give me a drink, so I had to go back there and ask again. then lady stuff called up a manager, and he shout at me very impolitely " here is your drink, do you need a paper bag? Yes or No?" I was going to ask about the wating list on the screen that they don't care. But when I try to speak to the manager, because manager said "No" extremely rudely. Read moreI am a regular customer to KFC. It is what I often get for lunch through the week. Today however, I had the misfortune of ordering through Menulog from KFC Capalaba. The chicken was dry and unappetizing whilst being so greasy as to be almost inedible, in fact I ended up throwing majority of mine in the bin. Not to mention that they got my order wrong. I ordered Large fries, they gave me small. I ordered 1 piece zinger fillet, I got given 3 pieces original. I ordered slaw instead of mash, but still got given mash
I often used to order through Menulog, but after the restaurant managed to get my order wrong 7 times out of 9 orders I switched to Doordash who uses the KFC in Capalaba food court instead. Today I chose to try Menulog again for the first time in a while only to be disappointed by the restaurant yet again. (Not the fault of Menulog at all other than their choice of which restaurant to use.)
Will definitely not recommend this particular branch of the franchise to anyone....
