The best butcher I have ever been 😍 The meat’s freshness is fantastic 😋 Variety of options is amazing 😄 And the staff is absolutely helpful and friendly😁 I was looking for a really good quality of meat 🥩 for my Vietnamese Beef Noodle soup, unlucky they sold out the one that I wanted to buy; however, Jacob tried his best to give me some suggestions as an alternative one. It turned out so GREAT for my beef noodle soup 🍜. Then I decided to come there another time to buy meats for my family’s dinner and again I had another brilliant experience being served by Jacob and a very lovely lady Sandra! Be very specific about what you order here, assume nothing. I ordered pork belly for Christmas and I received a belly with the bones in. While I’m aware of pig anatomy I’ve never bought a pork belly with bones in nor ever seen a recipe for one. I rang them to see if I had the right order and was told I should have asked for no bones, I had no idea you had to ask for this, but they would take them out if I returned the cut. Time does not permit returning it and obtaining what is taken for granted elsewhere. I’m now left with 1/3 less edible weight than I ordered, so I’ll get a chook, and can’t apply the meat marinade because of the bones. $61 worth of meaty bones for Xmas … bah humbug to you and your poor attitudes, you’re just having a laugh and making...

Rib eye fillet steak was a grey color and once cooked it tasted funky, $120 p/f will be going to another butcher, to many times this has happened with " marjax" now known as Darren's meats Rothwell. Staff can be rude and abrupt at times, Male staff asking me when buying a role of rib eye fillet “ do you like your meat cut” and then laughing and joking with other male staff members about what he just asked me.
