The staffs doesn't know Customer service at all while they are in hospitality service too. I work as delivery driver on my free time. But we are working as a customer for the store behalf of customer too. Also I'm working full time in retail and have good experience for customer service within every industry including supermarkets too. I don't know if thay are not able to find good team members to work in their store while I take the delivery from other food chains too, but Kallangur red rooster are terrible experience. They do have two team members one is tall girl and second is Big boy who was working today on 28/01/2022 with no manners at all with anybody. Few weeks before I went in red rooster and tall girl was incharge to supply the food. The food was ready 10 mins before and I have pointed twice them to supply. But they didn't supply and I don't know what they were waiting for. Then the tall girl came with bag and said sorry and at the same time there was another customer was waiting to place order. I have said to her that we understand to wait if it's busy but the order was ready 10 mins before. I don't know what kind of food the customer had got hot or cold because we don't check that part. She left at the same time and didn't wait to look there is customer waiting to place order. Customer was working with EG petro which was in her dress. She has left with me without placing order and was saying this is terrible. I stopped to go red rooster but I thought they might have changed during few weeks, so let me try today and it is still same and more worst. I went toady and was waiting for the food. The food was ready and the big boy was packing and was saying something in the mask. There was customer right behind me. When he came out with the bag and said to me that he was not talking with me. I didn't say anything before that so I said I was waiting and how ill know where he is talking either with me or person behind me. Does he need to tell me where he is talking and do you think I was interested in that he will talk to me, so the behaviour was unacceptable. Read moreThe customer service at this place is beyond disgusting. I pulled up at the drive thru speaker last night to be greeted with "place your order" in an unfriendly mono tone voice. I said "Oh hi, could i please have a quarter chicken and chips and a large chicken burger combo meal". In response i get "drive through". By this stage i am already not happy with how rude this person is and she has literally said 5 words. I get to the window and she says "that's $16", roughly, can't remember exact amount. My partner said it sounded to cheap for what we ordered. So i reconfirmed my order. She said "quarter chicken and chips and a chicken burger" i said no i wanted a burger combo. At this time she already has my card. She then says, thats now $28. I said hang on a minute. How is it $28. She just walks away. Another guy walked past and i asked him what the meal should cost. He says sonething like $18 or so. Eventually the meal comes served by the guy. I said what is in there. He says, quarter chicken and chips 2 burgers and a large chips. I said i didn't want to burgers. So the original rude girl takes over and shoves it in my face and sarcastically says "very sorry". I pushed it back to her and said no i didn't ask for the second burger. So she says I'll just give you what the burger costs and goes to the till and gets out $7.50. I said "learn some manners". Then still didn't hand over the drink. Asked where that was. So she just walked away and someone else came back with the drink. Read moreWe've had good and bad experiences here. For a time we refused to go anywhere near this Kallangur store. We've been back recently and Food is mostly good, chips are usually fresh and hot, chicken today however in the burger and in a couple of the pieces were old. I never give reviews and rarely complain, I do not like to do it to people, however our greatest misery about this store is the lack of cleanliness clearly evident, not just today but often. A staff member even fell over delivering our food to the table on a filthy greasy floor one other time hurting themselves. That's bad! Food on seats, crumbs on tables, scraps and rubbish on the floor. Hygiene is not a thing here. There is no excuse for having a dirty restaurant especially whilst the shop is quiet inside and importantly whilst we are meant to be considering the COVID virus and contamination.
