I recently visited HighTide Northpoint, and I can confidently say it was one of the best fish and chips experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly staff ready to make you feel right at home.

I'm not sure if High Tide is under new management or something but the food has gone downhill drastically. The kids meals used to be big, now not even big enough to feed a 5yr old. The fish bites used to be big and tasty. We just ordered the kids fish bites and chips meals, plus extra fish bites - which we have ordered a lot for over 2yrs but not in the last 6 months. The fish bites were smaller than a chicken nugget, and may or may not have been fish but was too burnt to tell. My kids asked why their fish was so bad. It went in the bin Chips at least are hard to ruin but we got 10 chips in our kids meal. So they are now charging more for crappy fish bites that should not be served to people and less than a handful of chips. We will not...
