IGA Local Grocer Kensington — Local services in Kensington

As been my local convenient store / IGA Express store now for nearly the past nearly 10 years since they started business here in Kensington.. The old owners had the store for just over 9 years or so.. They are under new management now - The new management are definitely taking things more seriously.. New renovations underway - New staff - New stock - New prices!!! - A New look - A New Feel - New Everything!! I always prided James & Ming (Previous owners) for having decent prices on stock in the past and extensive / exotic stock.. But the new owners are definitely taking things more seriously. James and Ming had the reputation for creating at the time their own prices for stock at the time on the bill 'almost always' over-charging customers - The new owners are always on-top of their game and have even reduced the price on some stock.. They are always very friendly - Always willing to assist and help - People Support Your Local / Convenience - IGA store - Support the IGA Express Kensington Store...

My concern with this shop is the price gouging on the most basic of items. In addition the staff never provide a fully itemised and proper receipt upon purchase of goods. The shops lighting is inadequate and it is gloomy and dirty looking. Please lift the bar here IGA compared to IGA Preston Street Como you are sub standard in service and pricing.
