Im not really sure on where to start with this review. Usually having photos for any occasion is stressful, but my experience with Amanda was nothing but amazing & far from stressful. Her communication was outstanding right from the booking process to the shoot. When i expressed my uncomfortable fears of being in-front of the camera, she listened and made me feel heard. The client wardrobe was so stunning with a range of sizes. The photo shoot itself was so relaxing it was like she wasn't even there. I found Amanda’s interaction with my little girl really magical she made her feel so extremely important & was really supportive & calm when the overtired toddler set it. (THANK YOU) I can honestly say the photos delivered brought me to tears. Its hard being a mum, the photos you capture are magical, but your always behind the camera, or have half of your face missing or you’re the blur in the left of the photo rushing to get in before the timer goes off. The photos Amanda took will always be some of my most valued captured moments, simply because they're beautiful & i wasn’t in a rush trying to capture that moment myself. I've been on a journey to love my body and to be kinder to myself. When I got our photos back, I expected to find flaws with what I saw... instead I cried because what I saw was beautiful. Through the entire experience Amanda made me feel valued, seen and beautiful.

Our session was our kind of vibe, lowkey, relaxed and natural. She documented us being a family and with minimal interruption to pose a certain way. It was exactly how we wanted our photos to be. I really can't sing her praises...

Amanda captured the happiness laughter and true jokers of our whanau (family) photos, your location of choice was amazing my son mentioned how comfortable it was to have a photographer who wasn't uptight and demanding haha (school photos maybe lol) whatever that means but I know what he meant and we all felt the same way you are so relaxed and patient amanda this made our whanau photo a pleasant relaxed experience, I would so highly recommend you and look forward to future photo shoots.
