Kenwick Dial-A-Pizza — Restaurant in Western Australia

Really disappointed with Kenwick pizza tonight, it is not like it used to be that's for sure, we have been buying Kenwick pizza for over 30 years up until now which will be our last time. No customer service skills what so ever.. waited over an hour for 2 family pizzas, garlic bread and drink, cost over $60 delivery, on arrival the delivery driver seemed a bit nervous I didn't think much of it, however he handed over the pizzas then ran back to his car so quick, once we opened the pizzas came to find they had clearly been dropped, toppings were everywhere, garlic bread was squashed, pizza was mangled.. We rang the store and instead of showing customer service in the way they should by rectifing the problem, they instead blamed us for the problem, they told us they would resend the order again and have us waiting another hour to eat.. we said no! We would like a refund.. so their response was with full blown attitude, ok we will come and get the pizza and give you a refund.. um where is the customer service?. This looks like something you would give your dog and you guys showed no care in the world for your customers. Totally disappointed.. never again will we order from here again.....

Iv been getting pizza from here for the last 30 years and it’s always been great couldn’t recommend it enough but now over the last I’d wanna say 12/18months it’s gonna completely down hill I just sat on the phone for 15 minutes trying to find out if they have feta I can add to my pizza to only get I don’t think so he didn’t know he had no idea what feta was im sure he does know but he can’t understand English or barely speak it the only thing I got out of him was if I wanted a drink n garlic bread but after that frustration I had over the feta I was done it’s the same pizza iv orderd for years so I know they have it but how am I supposed to get what I want when the person on the other side had no idea what I’m saying, and no im not a middle after Karen im a male im my 30s and im very sad to we this place go down hill the quality of the pizzas aren’t anywhere near as good as they where 10 years ago and that’s a real shame this country’s going to...

Your Pizzas were the best going around when we lived in Gosnells.We now live in another suburb and had'nt had one of your Pizzas for about 6 years,so last night we thought we would treat ourselves.I rang up at 5.30pm just to check that you deliver to my suburb,I was told yes no problem I said sweet I'll get my order together and call you back.I rang back at 6.10pm and placed my order, 2 Pizzas Garlic Bread 1.25 ltr drink ,I was told it would be between 60 to 90 mins,I thought fair enough it is a Sat Night.I call back at 8pm to ask where are my Pizzas ?? I was told the next available driver will drop them off should'nt be to long,they arrived at 8.40pm,Two and a half hours are you serious ?and they were cold and dry and tasteless we both had had 2 or 3 pieces each because we were hungry the rest went in the bin,needless to say we wont be ordering anything from you again Very...
