Words can not even begin to articulate how amazing Jade and her team are, and how instrumental they were in making our wedding dream come to life. Our wedding at Sandalford was just a vision, and Jade played such a significant role in the entire process and day. From first speaking with Jade 9 months out, she allowed both of us feel so supported and relaxed with her optimistic, kind manner. She took the time to listen to the things we wanted for our day, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our visions came through. The first time I had tears on my day was seeing the transformation of the space for the reception. Something Jade completely engineered. She was such a special support to both of us during the process. We could bounce ideas off her, brainstorm different ideas and options, and knew we always had someone with our best interest at heart. She always advocated for us as the couple and the dream we envisioned. She was so supportive when meeting and dealing with vendors, always ensuring we were in turn being supported by them in they way they said they would. We had multiple hiccups in the final weeks and Jade worked like a literal horse to make necessary changes, support a stressed couple and keeping track of the flow on effects. Jade is an absolute gun when it comes to all things communication, styling and budgeting. We saved so much money by her sourcing the best deals and helping us identify what was and was not important for our day. She also has awesome inside knowledge into the wedding industry so had wonderful vendors she could ask at the drop of a hat. As a bride, Lauren always felt she was so easy to talk to, she was being her secretary to ensure she was on task and not forgetting things, and most importantly became such a wonderful friend in the process. As a groom, Sam felt very relaxed in Jade's presence, and that she was always supporting the vision he and Lauren had. He felt so comfortable knowing she was the one the day coordinator so everything would run as smoothly as possible. Jade has the most incredible eye when it comes to style, and she was so thoughtful in the way she would suggest and present styling ideas to us. Even a suggestion she had two days before the wedding was the thing that really brought the entire thing together, and the thing we had the most compliments on. Reflecting on our big day, Jade was one of the first and the best decisions we made. Something we were told would be a waste of money, ended up saving us so much financially, in our own time and most importantly in our stress levels. Where do I begin with jade? What a absolute breath of fresh air.

We booked jade almost instantly after inquiring and having a quick phone call to discuss our wedding. I had only two criteria’s for our day- I wanted it to be colourful and a big party. Jade was so open minded, had a million ideas and seemed genuinely so excited for our wedding. After putting both our ideas together - jade put together a mood board and woowweee did that make us soooo excited. Even on paper it looked good, so I couldn’t begin to imagine how good it would look once put together for our day. The day couldn’t come quick enough. We immediately felt like we could trust her and our instincts were spot on. From the very first minute, right up to the end out of day we LOVED having jade there with us.

From the initial planning- to the last minute things (Melbourne weather). We could not have had the wedding we did without her. She is a perfectionist in the best way possible and it shows in her work.

We unfortunately had to delay our wedding due to you know what. But jade was there every step of the way. As our wedding was postponed a year- jade had since moved interstate. But that did not stop her giving 110%. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. Our vision was better than I could have ever imagined. All the tiny details that I would have never had thought of just made the wedding unbelievable. It was defiantly colourful and the big party we had hoped for!

As I was getting ready for the wedding- lots of our vendors had put up Instagram stories of the venue set up. To say I was excited to get down the aisle and see what jade had put together in real life was a understatement. I will never forget looking around the venue and being in absolute awe. I think I got down the aisle and said to joey “how bloody good does this all look”. We had soooo many compliments on the styling. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the flowers, mirror decals, floor plan to the candles- I couldn’t fault a thing.

I would 152819161% recommend jade a thousand times over if your getting married. She genuinely is so invested in your big day and having her is a bloody blessing. She was my ride or die throughout!
