I am really thankful for the tools Rene has taught me over the past few months while I've moved through a really difficult time with high anxiety. Tapping and resting my hands on my heart and belly when I'm feeling overwhelmed, and just allowing the energy to move through a lot more confidently than previously because I'm getting stronger each day.
