Coles Mowbray — Local services in Launceston

Whilst the staff are doing the best they can, corporate is continuing to rip customers off blindly. Coles bread products are now so soft, lack any density, and are such poor quality that they aren't fit for purpose. Coles meat is disgusting in comparison to anywhere else, over priced and has no value whatsoever. If they close express service, which isn't even called express nowadays cause they lack customer care, they will be worse than Woolies. The produce lacks any sort of quality checking. Are we expected to buy limp, rotten veg? Price gouging is rife, too. Self serve can go to hell... let alone gates that lock customers in. YOU have forgotten about your customers, who you need and rely on for revenue... Kinda pathetic, really. Is this...

I'm a lifelong Coles customer. I've always preferred Coles for fresh produce and meat but lately online purchases from the Mowbray store have been turning up spoiled indicating a problem with either food handling, store refrigeration or truck refrigeration. This has resulted in numerous online claims and having to find someone to take me shopping to replace inedible items as I do not drive. Great spotlessly clean store. Super friendly staff who are always smiling. A shout out to one of there team members susan, shes an angel. Super helpful, and always always has a smile. She looks like she wants to be there, that she enjoys her job. A Shes a great assest to the store :) but all staff are lovely there :) A great variety of products, great layout with easy to find products, and if you cant find something, theres always a staff member on the floor happy to assist :) thats rare in any supermarket.
