My order goes on the AmithDasari. The worst staff ever I have seen along with the Manager when I want to complain. We are from Melbourne and arrived in Tasmania by the Spirit of Tasmania. Came to Launceston and checked into our Hotel at 9:00pm and immediately placed order and started to KFC Mowbray which is 10minutes away from my location. Once I reached I put Pick up in Restaurant and start cooking.I got the email about my order at 9:18pm. When I am inside this staff was taking an order 577 and another 579. On the screen it clearly displays. Now this staff doesn’t even have a moment to spare and tell me how much time it will take to prepare my order or even talk to me. Since it was already 9:40pm and the bottle shops and supermarkets all close by 10pm I was enquiring whether if it takes time I will go and get them if there is delay. She wouldn’t say the time but says that she is serving deliveries and then the orders placed inside. So I don’t understand when will you serve online orders and why the hell you have created an App and order through it. I highly recommend everyone to not to use the App as you will be served after everyone is served. Please check other CCTV footage when my order appears on the screen and I wonder if my money is not money. When I asked the manager about this she blatantly says that she has got the order in the System at 9:35pm and has given me in writing shamelessly lying. Please watch the CCTV when my order appears. Don’t know if iam a lowly human being and discriminated. Don’t understand why they have so much attitude. Didn’t have much time to pursue the matter there as I had to rush to get my bottle to celebrate my first visit to Tasmania. But before celebrating I had this bitter experience. Further to it I have a high school son who previously worked in KFC and presently in McDonalds who severely opposed...
Read moreBought a kebab that to the touch was like it had just been microwaved for 5 minutes or sitting in a bain marie all day, one bite into it, everything was hot, the lettuce, the tabouli, the sauces and the wrap was so hot it had become chewy, and the chicken soggy and slimy, the lettuce had become that translucent gross color it gets after sitting in heat for too long.
Using all my courage, I decided to take it back, the manager then gaslit me by telling me all kebabs where made fresh since he had started and yeah the lettuce was a bit "eh" but its lettuce, but well make a "fresh" one.
The fresh one, Wrap was warm, chicken was hot and crispy and the lettuce and tabouli cold as they should be, this wrap was 100% fresh, the other 1, without a doubt had been sitting for an unknown amount of time.
My biggest irk is that I am not confrontational, so to muster up go back, wait 20 minutes in the busy line, to say hey this is not what I paid for to be then gaslit and told it was fresh, but then given something completely different on a remake doesn't sit right with me.
Will not be returning here out of fear they may tamper with my food next time to teach me a lesson, made it halfway through my kebab before this realisation set in and couldnt finish it either, 0/10 for management and them handling...
Read moreDaughter purchased an upsized Ultimate box. Shared the chicken with her daughters aged 6 and 15 months. All three have been vomiting vigorously for three days now. Advised by KFC manager * .. they will "look into it, but their training advises if a whole community fails to notify a branch manager they have food poisoning, the problem is not belonging to the company" Gee yr training is appalling. People die from food poisoning and watching those people's bodies violently trying to eject what was eaten is nothing short of absolute shock! The only food ejected being the meal they ate ..and still... days later ...their bodies are wracked with pain and fatigue. We were expected to feel "lucky" to get a refund! PFFT LOOK KFC TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO KNOW WHEN THE BLOOMING CHICKEN IS COOKED!! IT IS NOT UP TO THE PUBLIC TO INFORM YOUR MANAGERS OF WHS ISSUES... IT MUST BE AN ONGOING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY AND PUBLIC SAFETY SHOULD BE A FOOD COMPANY'S NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. OBVIOUSLY THERE IS MORE TRAINING NEEDED AT YR...
