Extremely nice place ,Extremely affordable and generous with beautiful cabins. For the price you pay to stay at this beautiful place is actually quite unbelievable, you would expect that it would be quite expensive but it is very cheap very comfortable very very nice very relaxing extremely quiet. And I would have to say the lady at the front desk I believe she is the owner is extremely kind and very reasonable and extremely understanding I had problems in Albury when I went down there and they are still ongoing and the owner of this establishment I would have to say has been absolutely amazing with what when on . I had a very BIG misunderstanding and it was remarkable on how reasonable the owner was and understanding on the matter. This was my second time staying there and I hope very much hope there will be a third time. I honestly could only recommend two places to stay in Albury and one being the puddle steam Hotel if you are looking for a hotel ,but if you are looking for cabins and BBQs and a place to do your laundry and well that camping feeling and that happy go friendly lucky vibe .THIS IS YOUR PLACE ! TRUST ME . I would only recommend this place, I have stayed in Albury quite a few times over the last 25 years and this is one place that I highly I highly recommend. ALSO one place that I personally would like to stay for my 4 year anniversary this year. I'm very much hoping that I can ! they have a pool thats kept clean and the cabins have thier own bathrooms and showers, but they also have showers and bathrooms in the park they are extremely clean pet friendly which I love and the cabins themselves are just so perfectly comfortable . When you go on holidays you want to find a place where you feel at home, well I can definitely say that this is a place where you want to stay, if YOU want that feeling , then stop looking around because you have found it here , here at THE ALBURY ALL SEASONS TOURISTS PARK .because that is the feeling that you get you feel"THE at home feeling. if I could give more than five stars I would. I do quite a lot of reviews online and I would have to say that this has been one of my longest reviews and probably one of my best reviews because of how welcoming and how comfortable the settings are. And as soon as I got home I mentioned to my parents that when we were looking for a place to stay the last time we were in Albury that I wish we had stayed there. GREAT PLACE CANT GO WRONG . .. and to my memory in most hotels motels or Parks I've stayed in ,I cannot recall them adding the touch of having a DVD player added to your room, that's how great this place is that they have gone out of their way and brought DVD players. If you travel like I do then you know that majority of places do not have DVD players BUT Albury all seasons Tourist Park ,went that little extra mile to add such a small thing that does have a BIg impact and they have quite a range of movies to rent and cheap at that .honestly that is the first thing I did when I arrived I saw that there was a DVD player and I went and hired movies .That right there. That ONE small touch of adding a DVD player shows you the thoughts and actions that they chose to add on their own free will so you feel like you're at home.but still have the sence your on hoildays. That simple little extra gesture of adding a DVD player doesn't seem like much, but if you think about it and you just want to spend the day relaxing what do you do at home ? Lay back and watch a movie ,your not stuck with boring tv .I know its a small thing and most of you may not even realise how much of a difference one thing can change. And the affect of your stay. Those with children would underatand on how such a small thing adds up to be a very big thing . Ok enough about the DVD player lol again I highly highly recommend this place I'm very much hoping I can stay there for the third time. And as for the staff they are amazing and they are friendly once you stay here YOU WILL BACK .im hoping to 10 stars...
Read moreStayed a few times in 2 BR Villa at this "Gday Park" for one night stays. ||Regular Albury visits occur for us and this is often a reasonably priced option for a family of 4. This 2 bedroom cabin is a typical Jayco set-up and looks quite dated and tired but serves a purpose where needed. 1 x bedroom has a queen bed, the other has 2 x sets up bunks (L shaped bunks to fit up to 4 kids). . You have to make the kids bunk beds if you are using those so get busy when you first arrive to get it over with - you get doonas for the bunks which is good. Extra fleece blankets are available for each bed which is great. The couches could do with replacing or at least cleaning!! The shower head, while tall enough for taller people need to be replaced, the water sprays in multiple directions and wets the floor outside which ideally, you want to stay dry. The kitchen has proper cooking options (oven & stove top) but we have only ever used the microwave, toaster & kettle. Fridge is a good size. Towels are standard motel style ones (small and white). You do hear the road noise from inside the cabins (insulation really isn't a thing on these older cabins). The 1 x split system does well with heating and cooling. Bring slippers with you in the colder months, cold weather = cold floors (and the floors aren't always cleaned properly so easier to avoid dirt/dust). The small decked area near the cabin entrance sliding door is great for dinner or a few drinks in the milder weather.||You are instructed to remove your own rubbish before you leave in the park bins provided.||The park itself is quite small in overall size, There isn't much view to look at and the noise from the busy road isn't hugely appealing but most times we have stayed, it's busy or full with caravans so must be alright overall. ||The Pool and playground facilities are great to have in the warmer weather. Guests also seem to enjoy the BBQ and outdoor areas when staying in the cabins. There is a park next to this accommodation which is good to let the kids visit. ||We would stay here again, the price is usually lower than other options and as mentioned, it serves a purpose with negatives we just...
Read moreFirst up on checking in, even after showing a receipt of payment to G'day Parks , the “relief” manager said it showed as unpaid in the system so we paid again, thankfully when we left the nice lady sorted it out and refunded the payment. Not sure if I booked a drive through site or it was allocated us due to the size of our 'van,(20') as mentioned these sites are mostly for stop and go clientele, we however had booked for two nights. Parking instructions for these “head to tail”sites was confusing and no mention of the yellow dots that define your spot. This resulted in us being able to put up our awning as we were there 1st but when our neighbours turned up it was impossible for them if they wanted to, luckily they said they were out next day so didn’t worry. The relief manager rang us when we were out to dinner and told us we had to move our car as it was in the road ? We had caught a cab to the pub so obviously moving the car on our return has its own issues. The weather, and that’s no one’s fault, was dreadful so our site was slop which added to the negative feel. |Amenities were clean but tired, the sight of plastic shower curtains these days makes me shudder. Since we had to hook up and move back a metre as instructed we decided to cut our losses and leave a day early.Memo to self, book somewhere else in...
