Very disappointed I had a very unpleasant experience on Boxing Day 2021 I have owned many hospitality businesses and was sympathetic to this business owner demanding I put on a mask or go and get my exemption I told him I had , so I could join my family who was leaving that morning although the law clearly states you do not have to show it only to a bio security officer! When I returned with it I stated I’d now only be having coffee because the scene he caused yelling at me prior and the intimidation had made me feel sick and I was shaking……… he then yelled “get out “ repeatedly and the waitress told me to just leave as well! I was in shock and went to my room packed and left , I want to make sure this dose not happen to anybody else as it is unacceptable ….. yes we’ve all had a tough yr But this is unacceptable...

I love the atmosphere. You've got the option to sit inside or outside on the deck overlooking the Mexican-style architecture and pool. The team are friendly and accommodating too. There's probably some room for improvement on updating the food covers and increasing the available range (particularly to be allergy friendly). It would be worth tailoring the food to match the theme of the venue, specifically, providing Mexican cuisine. This would lend to the customer experience - it's cost effect to cater and the quality is arguably more controllable to maintain. It would follow the same reasoning behind the success of the resort - again, maximizing the experience putting the customers in "another world". Keep being friendly and keep putting customers first.
