Jan 2025 The food and staff service are still as amazing as ever. However, it feels like the owners just don't care anymore and have given up and are relying on their reputation. The menu used to be in a beautiful leather bound folder, now you get a dirty A4 printed sheet stuck to the table. The wine list is hard to read because the print from previous menus are stuck to the plastic. And the table was very sticky, staff even struggled to move the candle out of the way because it was stuck that hard. It's all the little things that they keep removing that turned them from a beautiful, lavish and intimate place to go, to feeling like you're just there to get ripped in price for a meal and cut corners on everything they can. It's not like they have updated decor for a very long time. Please remember, this is my opinion only. ---- I had the Neptune's Feast . They were very e-fish-ent at getting the food out. You know I have a bad tempura sometimes if food is slow. The calamari was ex-squid-sit. The wife has been a bit crabby tonight and my son has been shellfish wanting all the attention. I have eaten so much I feel clawful. But I am so-fish-tocated and holding composure. Wifey wasn't sure about trying calamari, she had to ink about it first. But it was a great oppor-tuna-ty to get out, it's been Fin-tastic. I wanted that seafood sauce but I couldn't remember the name of it. They wanted me to be more pacific about the name. But I didn't sea it that way. Overall it was great, I dont think they cod do anything better, and I am sick or herring about how well behaved my son has been. I am sure not to start

A very long wait for food (well over 1 hour between ordering and food on the table), it wasn't until we mentioned to staff that it was even recognised that there was a delay. The staff were friendly but inattentive. It is somewhat like stepping back in time to the early 00s when it comes to the drinks menu. The food was okay, but lacked any real seasoning. The menu has some strange variety on it, so best to stick to the steaks as long as you can handle the wait times. The true definition of underwhelming.

Certainly good food - steaks cooked to order and very tasty. The veggie portions could have been a bit more generous but were cooked just right. Don't expect Michelin Star service but you certainly get good food at a reasonable price. UPDATE VISIT #2 We returned to test the water - absolutely delighted with the service and quality of food. The staff are very attentive, very efficient and the food is VERY good. Prices are competitive and certainly value for money.

This was our first experience dining at Bullring for a friend's daughter's birthday celebration. Approximately 30 individuals were present, served by two waitstaff, one male and one female.

When I placed an order for my 21-month-old child, I requested a tomato sauce. After an hour and a half, my child's meal was finally served, but without the sauce. I inquired with the male waiter, who had been serving other guests and delivering food multiple times, yet he did not bring the sauce. After an additional 20 minutes of waiting, I approached the female waiter, who promptly provided the sauce.

My teenager's meal and my own were served after a two-hour wait. We had ordered appetizers, anticipating a quicker service. However, my daughter's soup was served last, and it was neither hot nor of the right consistency, being too thick.

Following our meal, we requested a bottle of water, but the male waiter did not return with it. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked the female waiter, and she immediately brought us the water.

In summary, the food quality was subpar, the service was exceedingly slow, and the host's daughter received her meal after a three-hour wait. My friend's husband even opted to cancel his order after waiting for an...

Food was boring and unseasoned. The staff was rude right from the point of making the booking. The veggies were over boiled and bland. The mocktail was a weird slop of a smoothie. The sauce on the steak was tangy and disgusting. Prices are ridiculously and outrageously high and absolutely not worth your money. There was an issue with the payment on their end where the money came out of my account at the time and they were happy to let me leave but then somehow bounced from their end due to a transaction issue later that night. They then continued to call and harass me about it when I was working a 12 hour shift and could not answer and then made me come back and drive from 40 minutes away two days later to pay. When I asked whether I would have to pay the full bill as it was their issue and they had made me drive all the way back with no option to pay over the phone Greg told me they were going to call the police on me for fraud? Greg is a grumpy old man that has horrid customer service skills. Only good part about it was the nice older gentleman in the black who kept checking on us throughout our dinner. Other than that it’s not worth your time, money...
