If you're thinking of selling your home and uncertain about who to use, Aaron and the team at Bell Real Estate Emerald get my highest recommendation. From the outset, their energy and motivation was outstanding. All the agents from the Emerald office came through to inspect our home, even before we signed with them. Their follow-up was second to none. They presented our home in the best possible light with high quality photography and write-up. We sold during a tough time of the year and during the real estate downturn, plus during the bush-fires; where seemingly all buyers deserted Gembrook. Even in the face of all this adversity Aaron and the team never gave up. Small changes here and there to the campaign kept things fresh and attracted interest where at times, I felt the environment to sell was extremely negative. Yet they remained positive throughout. In the end we sold in exactly the time-frame Aaron gave to us during his appraisal. And while we didn't achieve the price he thought we should have got, we were happy with the end result which was better than expected in a depressed real-estate market. Even after they received their commission and before settlement, Aaron went above and beyond to ensure some small issues were resolved, ensuring settlement went smoothly. Second͏ to None!!! Our͏ Experience was a difficult process with multiple owners of a deceased estate, over several years between initial contact with Samantha, and sale of the property. Samantha's support & patience was exemplary. Her professionalism shown in difficult times was always with a smile. She took the time to engage in conversation that showed understanding; she informed, assisted & reassured. If unavailable, or if time was needed to find an answer, she was honest, and always got back when she was available, with an answer & explanation of the answer.. Her knowledge of the local area, greatly assisted, but combined with her knowledge of the market, how it works, & how people work with or against a sale in a competitive of fluctuating financial situation, was brilliant. Sam was prepared, and had multiple 'strings to her bow', with a plan, should things go pear shaped. Sam is not pushy, not confrontational with expectations from the vendor.
