Possibly one of the best markets in Melbourne..

Located in Emerald right near Puffing Billy (who knew) amongst the trees🌳🌲right in nature, such a beautiful picturesque environment.. (if you’re lucky you may even see Puffing Billy 🚂)

Today just happened to be the markets first birthday.. 🎉

Held every second Saturday of the month, this market has sooooo much to offer & all from local artisans.

From your organic sourdough croissants 🥐 (which were delicious btw) to your organic cotton baby clothing (so cute) plants, soaps, belts, beautifully crafted timber chopping boards, clothing, perfumes, oils, doggy clothes & treats, candles, hats etc etc etc - the stalls were endless.

And if that wasn’t enough, the food & coffee on offer was of abundance - from pancakes 🥞 to paella 🥘 cheese 🧀 dim sims, tiramisu, pasta 🍝 so many options to choose from 🤤

There was live music that you can sit & listen too…

This market has sooooo much to offer & most of the stall keepers were very friendly.

If you like supporting your local artisans, definitely check this market out, I can’t wait to go back!

Ps, parking was pretty easy to find given the amount of cars / people coming in & out...

Most definitely one of the best markets in Melbourne! It’s a MUST visit.

Just wanted to personally thank the organizers, AGAIN.. (I did yesterday at the market) on what an amazing job you have done with making it a ticketed event and also offering the shuttle service.

This month’s market was so much more enjoyable.. the last one was the first I attended and it was a real struggle to look at all the stalls and make purchases etc. Purely because of the amount of bodies that attended!

And..on a sadder and probably more important note.. “Giant Springs” sold their last spring roll, JUST as I was NEXT after willingly lining up for 25mins 😫😅

This month’s market was fantastic! I got to buy up some delicious food items I’d never tried.. bought some fantastic pottery and jewelry and some absolutely gorgeous felt art mushrooms, got my hands on not 1.. but 2 Giant Springs!! 🥳🥳 and I could actually see the ground and where I was walking 😂

Even got a glimpse of the Puffing Billy passing by.

I’ll continue to book tickets to each one now.

Thanks again for a fab...
