My order took way too long, about 3 customers have received their food before me. When i asked the waitress to follow up my order i noticed when speaking to the chef that my docket was not even up and they didnt even prepare my order. This is madness. This was after following it up 3 times. I will never come back to this place ever again. The audacity to also say it will be 5 minutes when 5 minutes have already lapsed. This is the worst experience. My grandma is with me and is very hungry. I will never come back again and i will definitely not refer people to come here. I want to give a shoutout to the chef. Thank you for telling us it will take 5 minutes when it does not take 5 minutes to cook chicken. I would love to get a refund if i could but of course they wont cause service is definitely not their priority. The Supervisor was also very rude. Her name is Dom (lady with orange hair) and she was very racist towards me and my family. All we wanted to know was where our order is and we clearly saw that the chef has forgotten to make our order. She questioned us and asked us to point out who received their order before us. She only escalated the situation instead of resolving it. She also made it look like we didnt understand what she was saying. Yes i am asian however i was born and raised here. This is the worst service i have ever received. It is disgusting!!! By the time food hit our table it was 1.5...

Went today for lunch at 12pm with 5 other mothers (all with young babies) After ordering at 12:15pm we waited for over an hour for our food to come out. In which we had to ask where it was. When they went to the kitchen they didn’t have our menu ticket. The manager came over and said sorry for the delay, but no offer of complimentary drinks or dessert. The food itself, when it did finally come, was good, but was unfortunate that we originally timed our meal with our babies going for their nap, and some had now since woken up making it harder to eat our meal one handed.

I’ve had to reach out to the waitress asking if there is anything she can offer for the delayed meal, she said she’d ask her manager, nothing happened, the manager then came over to ask how our meal was, I asked her if the waitress spoke to her, in which she replied yes, but it was only then she offered to give us a complimentary drink, in which came out when we were all nearly finished our meal.

Very unhappy with the experience, new mums trying to get out of the house and have a nice hot meal while our babies would sleep, and unfortunately having to wait over an hour. I’d like to add, the venue was not packed and therefore would not have been overloaded with orders.

An overpriced menu of bland food (the prosciutto and goats cheese pizza indeed had both, but so little that it made a Domino's pizza look well topped). Nothing gluten free on the menu, having to ask three times as to what could actually be made for someone with intolerances because the wait staff are uninformed by management is not good enough. If you have any food intolerances then don't rely on this place. $45 for a steak in Sydenham is a good laugh, which is more than I could say about any potential conversation that was thwarted by incessantly loud doof doof music. Ironically it was also hard to stay awake when coffee took 20 minutes to come out, well after accompanying desserts had been finished. While I'm at it, the decor screams fancy food court from the early 2000s, and I didn't really appreciate being charged for coffees that were never ordered on a large bill. As mentioned, the food is already overpriced for such an establishment so there's no need to try and sneak through another $10. Have some self respect and find somewhere better in any way to have a meal, or just stay home and have a Vegemite toastie. I can only assume those that rate this place higher don't have any self respect at all, or have never eaten...
