The Banh Mi was excellent and a generous size & what winning customer service, just brightens your day. So, letâs break it downâŚ
Atmosphere: * The front doesnât leave much to be desired, in fact a new coat of paint would lift the outside extremely well. However; inside (while small) is well put together, organised, clean and bright. There are a few tables to dine inside and 2 outdoor tables to eat with a couple of mates at lunch.
Customer Service: * The customer service reps were so lively and happy. Plus, went over and above to make you feel welcome, provided excellent customer service & treated with kindness.
Food (Why we are here): * Crispy Pork Roll (Banh Mi) - $9 (plus 1.75% ETF charge) The roll was crispy as fresh, the pork and pork cracking were really tasty and crispy as well as the patte, and lastly the salads (including the chili) were fresh and full of flavour. Excellent size and the filling were generous. Everything you would expect for Banh Mi.
Overall: * While the outside definitely needs a bit of a tune up. The interior is excellent, the customer service is sparkling and light and the Banh Mi is very tasty. Definitely recommend! Thank you Dai Loi Bakery and Takeaway, I will be back to try your BBQ Pork...
Read moreConsistently amazing pork rolls. My most recent one was perfection the best yet, sometime they can have a fair few fatty bits, this one had. Not one, just delicious juicy pork and crisp crackling, the salads were also packed in, perfect amount of aauce and chilli and the bread, let me tell you, so fresh, soft inside under the crisp outer, not the type that cuts the corner of your mouth. The guy who works there seems to know everyone and loves to ask how youâve been and remembers what everyoneâs been up to. The ladies are all kind and offer my kids a treat from the lolly/chocolate bowl, they love visiting ! The pricing is more than fair. Thereâs always people there dining and I can see why! Absolutely...
Read moreHad the Roast Pork Bahn Mi cause they don't do the Cold Vietnamese Bahn Mi. $8 and the bun was stale which was disappointing since its supposedly a bakery. Basically the worst Bahn Mi I've had. The lady who put it together didn't look like she knew how to put one together. Stuffed it full of vegetables which left no room for the pork so yep, very little pork. Too expensive, stale bread and very little of the main ingredient your paying for. Didn't order a vegetable Bahn Mi with a side of pork. For some reason Bahn Mi is better at the original Dai Loi...
