Fantastic Bao — Restaurant in Melbourne

Today, I visited Fantastic Bau at the food court and ordered a vegetable dim sum , which was delicious as always. However, I was really impressed by the service I received. When I mentioned that I wanted to try their vegetable Bau it was not available so I ordered dim sum , the lady kindly explained that if I wanted to have it in the future, I could simply place an order an hour in advance, and it would be ready when I reach Pakenham station.

I was really touched by how thoughtful and accommodating she was. It’s not often you get such personalized service, and it really shows how much they care about their customers. Fantastic Bau's food is always fresh and tasty, and the customer service truly sets them apart.

Tried the Gua Bao which steamed bun with pork belly and it was absolutely delicious! The bun was soft and fluffy packed with lots of veggies and meat, almost overflowing. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful.

It not only provides seats but also fun game machines to enjoy while eating. Definitely coming back to try more...

Just got 1 of eat boa. Crispy chicken was fav. But they are all banging. Really reminded me that we too often get served the 'minimum'. Proper flavour, well sauced, heaps of protein per boa.. like you'd do at home if you had the time and skill. Awesome. Little gift with handwritten card for Christmas was a nice...
