KeepCup — Local services in Melbourne

I ordered replacement parts for my 6 year old keep Cup brew. Unfortunately, the parcel got lost/stuck somewhere in the shipping process (local postal responsibility). Heath went the extra mile and supported greatly. He got another package of my parts on the way immediately (as a replacement, just in case the first one cannot be found anymore). Bought one and was using it for just about 6 months. I accidentally dropped no less than 2cm onto my keyboard, and it just shattered. Luckily there was no liquid in it. But you can just tell how terrible the quality of the cup is, I was stunned. Spent the next 5 minutes cleaning up the mess.

I ended up buying a different brand after the mishap. The email customer support to let them know what happened and they weren’t supportive at all.
