This was a good tour for the price. The first stop at the animal farm was enjoyable, however, the second stop at the koala conservation centre was unnecessary. We had already seen a koala at the farm and and it cut into our time at the Penguin centre at the end of the day. By the time we got to the penguin centre and waited in line to get something to eat it was a very rushed then we only had an hour to see the penguins and head back to the coach. Sydney tour guide Bryan Williams with OBNOXIOUS attitude. The tour was fun but this is purely due to the interesting attraction sites. The tour guide is just a nightmare on another level. If only I could give this a ZERO star. Bryan is absolutely ridiculously, how could they just let such untrained tour guide that has ZERO customer service skills to work such position?
