Absolutely worst experience, would give zero stars if I could. Initially ordered without issue, then waited over 30 mins, seeing people come and go and was still waiting for our order. Figured it was due to them having fresh bagels and he had ordered breakfast bagels. Asked at the counter for our order and was told they didn’t have it, the ticket was placed in the wrong pile. I asked them to make the order but also asked for a refund of some kind as we had been charged weekend surcharge but had not actually had any food yet. Initially refund was not offered, spoke with the manager who approved a refund. Confirmed I still wanted the bagels, waited another 15 mins seeing people come and go still no bagels. Asked again & was told they through we didn’t want them as they had given a refund. Barely a genuine sorry. So all in all spent over an hour waiting for a bagel that never happened. Absolutely disgusting service and response to customers when they made the mistake & we were more than gracious is waiting. Would. It recommend wasting your time or money, noting the prices for a weekend are also extortionate with the additional surcharge. We were really looking forward to this so was total letdown. Very little effort made to be apologetic or rectify the situation and still waiting on the...

Visited and had breakfast there twice during my holiday 04-12 July. The bagels were very yummy! We had BLT ❤️and Brekkytime ❤️ Generous amount of fillings and not overly drenched with sauces. Very fresh Bagels!

As it was Saturday(05 July)and breakfast time crowd coming in were building up and people waiting for their orders had spilled onto the outside of the shop. We were told the waiting time would be at least 20-30min… the crew behind the counter were seen working as quickly as they could. While waiting for our food and coffee… Me and my friend were impressed watching how quietly everyone was working. The lady taking the order had everything under control(all smile), calmly taking orders and reminding everybody of the waiting time.

On the second visit, we decided to drop by slightly later to avoid the crowd from the peak period of breakfast time. We had BLT again and smoked salmon(Urban Lox) ❤️

Almost forgot! The coffee we had on both days were very good too. Remember to mention if you want your coffee to be extra hot when making your order.

We...

I was so excited about the opening of this store. However after a few times dining at the establishment I have been left disappointed.

The food is.. Okay. The bagles themselves are nothing too special and the sandwiches they offer have been so packed with material they barely function as sandwiches anymore. They cut the bagle sandwiches in half but for some reason don't cut the whole way through, I had to get a knife from my office lunch room to finish the job to even attempt to eat the sandwich. The taste is okay, but it's a messy experience that has served style over function.

The shop is presentable enough, but with the strange merchandising options littered around the place, it all comes across as a vain attempt to franchise the establishment.

Now, I not intending to be a hater, but I've just had two very subpar experiences and am left wondering why I am spending $17 for a bagel sandwich i can barely eat when there is a kenny's right...

I thought I was the only one, but yes, they lied about toasting the bagel! I went there again today, I the person taking the order at the cashier was absolutely rude. I asked for the bagel to be toasted and she didn’t say anything, and kept repeating ‘anything else’ in a very impatient manner. Reminds me of KFC drive through, ‘anything else’, but I understand drive through that’s to be expected ‘fast’. But a bagel cafe? That’s just unacceptable. I ordered another bagel, and again, in a very rush manner the person said ‘anything else’. I don’t know what the person is thinking, is this fast food? 😂 Food is decent, service, can’t say much. Edit: After picking up my order, look at this, does this look toasted to you? It’s bagel, care to explain? Your staff was rude and impatient when I tried to be clear that I wanted it toasted, and guess what, it is still not toasted. This is the second time. What a joke.

If you want the most filling bagel of your life, “It’s Bagel” is where to go! 🥯 Absolutely stuffed to the rim with goodies, there are multiple selections for different tastes, along with custom buns or custom add-ins 🥑 I decided to “build my own bagel” and chose the black pepper cheese bagel. I couldn’t even finish it, the portion size was very generous!! The price evidently reflects this… you’re looking at around $20 for a bagel. But fairly sure I had an entire 150g pack of salmon, 1 entire avocado and 1 whole egg in mine! The bagel shop itself is quite small and doesn’t have enough capacity for peak crowds, so recommend planning to take away and eating elsewhere.
