I had heard good things about Menzclub from a friend and they were not wrong! From the moment my husband and I arrived in the shop we were welcomed and looked after. Marco took charge and overhauled my husband's wardrobe. He really needed an update and I didn't feel confident doing it by myself but Marco was so brilliant at suggesting options and making sure we were both happy with the clothes. It felt like no other shopping experience we have had before (in a good way!). They were also able to alter some of the clothes we bought which was brilliant as it meant they were a perfect fit and we didn't have to worry about finding somebody reliable to do alterations. Absolutely outstanding service! I came to Melbourne from NZ to find a suit for my Wedding in Greece. We had an appointment at another store booked but decided to start by dropping into Menzclub in Richmond as a recommendation from some friends who had bought from there before. I realized very quickly that there was no need to go to the other suit appointment I had booked. Blown away, Mark not only nailed it with exactly what I was looking for but his attention to listen to what I was wanting while also showing me options to take my idea to the next level was very impressive.
