Have been using this butcher for years. Tim and Rick are always friendly and helpful. Have tried so many cuts of meat and have never been disappointed. Whenever I take meals to fortnightly dinners with friends they rave about what Iāve made. Itās never my skills. The meat is just so fresh and tasty and marinaded nicely. They all think Iām a good cook and Iām quite sure itās more the quality of the meat and the marinades or the advice on how to cook whatever Iāve bought that is why the food is good. Iāve been to fancy steak restaurants and they donāt even compare to the quality of steak I get from here. In fact, Iāll only eat a steak from here now. Iāve found that no one elseās compares. Also love the small goods items available. The halloumi is the nicest Iāve come across and quite often itās all sold out because obviously Iām not the only one who thinks so. We now also have a puppy who would have to be the best fed puppy ever. Obviously the pet mince is amazing quality and Tim is always helpful with ideas for other meats and nice bones as well. Oh. Also. The prices are very reasonable. Similar to the supermarket although I havenāt bought meat from the supermarket for years and wouldnāt want to. I can trust the quality of the meat and where itās come from. There arenāt many butchers who cut their own meat anymore. I can highly recommend this butcher. They deserve more...

If you have issues with amines, this is really important. For everyone else it is really convenient knowing that you will never throw out meat from spoiling. Low/no chemical usage in processing meat. I found this butcher 12 years ago because I was looking at food creating behavioral issues in children. I have moved away from that suburb now, but still make the trip for great quality...
