🍩 A STATEMENT ON DONUTS 🍩

In the illustrious realm of deep-fried delights, I have traversed the globe, exploring the crispy territories of countless donuts. As a connoisseur hailed for my discerning taste in the art of dough and sugar, I stand here, bewildered and bedazzled, having stumbled upon the unfathomable brilliance that is the St Alberts Pizzeria donut.

Picture this: a conical masterpiece, a donut cone, if you will, crafted with a precision that borders on the absurd. As I beheld the unprecedented creation before me, my donut senses tingled with anticipation. The aroma alone was enough to transport me to a sugary nirvana, where calories fear to tread.

Freshness, the holy grail of donut devotion, reached new heights at St Alberts. These golden orbs were not merely fresh; they were plucked from the very tree of culinary vitality. The moment my teeth sank into the doughy exterior, I felt a symphony of fluffiness dancing on my palate, a sensation that can only be described as dangerously-good.

Now, let's discuss execution—the word seems almost too banal for the celestial act that unfolded in each bite. It's as if the donut gods descended and whispered the secrets of doughy divinity into the ears of St Alberts' bakers. The donuts were executed with a precision that would make a Swiss watchmaker weep with envy.

The religious brilliance of these donuts cannot be overstated. I half expected the heavens to part as I devoured each heavenly bite. If there were a church of donuts, St Alberts would be its grand cathedral. The conical donut, a divine creation that defies the laws of both geometry and gastronomy, is nothing short of a religious experience.

In the grand tapestry of life, where mundane moments often pass unnoticed, St Alberts Pizzeria has woven an extraordinary thread. To call it a pizzeria is to undermine the culinary marvels that unfold within its walls. It's a haven, a sanctuary of donut wizardry that transcends the ordinary.

In conclusion, my fellow food enthusiasts, if you find yourself yearning for an experience that goes beyond the customary gastronomic affair, venture to St Alberts Pizzeria. Let the donut cones reignite the spark of joy in your soul, and revel in the unprecedented, almost absurd, brilliance that transcends the boundaries of the...

To sum this place up in maybe one or two words - this is some seriously really bloody good and brilliantly excellent pizza. The staff work hard for the sourdough base and it is meticulously crafted using their own culture and always delivers such a fantastic result. The delicately aerated puff and crisp of the crust is totally unmatched. Their commitment to ingredient freshness and consideration into the end-product consistently shines through. From my experience, truly every bite of these pizzas has sparked joy in one way or another.

The signature sound that is the symphonious sourdough crackle of the St Albert's crust has also become an unintentionally integral part of some of the greatest shared memories and moments of my life, and for this I am forever grateful. And mate, don't even get me started on the sourdough donuts - there have been many times where I've eaten at least a dozen by myself, followed by a cup of tea and some self-reflection.

I'd also highly recommend the Prosciutto pizza and any of their vegetarian options, especially the Sorrento, Sicilian, Pesto Veggie, Pumpkin and Eggplant pizzas. On workout days, I like to add either extra feta cheese or chicken (and the chicken they use here is properly roasted real pieces of chicken, not the crumbly-grey-sponge-dust you get at other places). I think I've already mentioned the donuts, but I may as well mention them again here since they are so bloody good - and best when they're fresh! They are the most elegant spongy puffs of fried joy that truly have a unique donut taste experience. Pro-Tip: Ask for the donut toppings on the side, if you would like to have a more controlled amount of sugar.

The consistency of ingredient quality and customer service is outstanding compared to most other 'pizza shops' I've ever experienced. 3+ years strong now. Truly grateful to have these legends serving our community. For clarity, the images I've supplied are all from about 5~ months apart per order. Keep up the...

If you're on the hunt for the best sourdough pizza in town, look no further than St Albert's Pizzeria. This place is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warmest smiles from the owner and staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Now, let's talk about the pizza. By far, this is the best sourdough pizza I've ever had. The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside, with that signature tangy flavor that only a well-fermented sourdough can provide. Each bite is a testament to the quality ingredients and the love that goes into making these pizzas.

The toppings are fresh and generously applied, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that dance on your taste buds.

But what truly sets St Albert's Pizzeria apart is the exceptional friendliness of the owner and staff. They are genuinely passionate about their craft and it shows in every interaction. Their dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience makes every visit special.

In short, St Albert's Pizzeria is a must-visit for any pizza lover. Exceptional food, wonderful people, and an inviting atmosphere – it doesn't get any...

So this place is actually amazing, a hidden gem. Recommended by my brother in law and I never would have found it otherwise so hoping this helps other people find it. One of the team were saying that they really aim to do 110% and you can definitely tell. The pizza base is a really authentic, bready masterpiece and a feature on so many of them is their confit garlic which they make by hand. Speaking of, their garlic bread is to die for, I've actually never had any as good as this before and I'm obsessed with garlic bread so have it all the time -- a delicious, earthy and creamy mix that will haunt my dreams until I return. Highly highly recommend the place. The food is amazing and the staff are super nice and considerate. The only flaw I could put to it is that it's more a take away place than an eat in place just from the space design but it's really not a big deal, just explaining my scoring.
