Woodland St Fish & Chips — Local services in Melbourne

I purchased a fish burger and a potatoe cake earlier this evening to find the potatoe cake was not cooked properly and the fish burger had some lettuce and unseasoned fish. I purchased this burger also as the menu at the shop and the menu online advertised that the burger had lettuce and tomatoe which it did not. I came away feeling as if I had wasted my money. I am not one to write reviews, and thought I would call them directly before going to such extremes. I was told that the menu had been updated and nothing I disputed was remotely taken on board. I felt disappointed that my diplomacy was over looked. As I cannot vouch for the rest of their menu I can only base my disappointment on this experience which was very poor. I usually only do reviews after I've eaten at a place twice. Unfortunately I didn't get the 2nd opportunity here. My 1st visit I ordered dim sims. 1 SM dim sim, 1 chicken dim sim and 2 standard dims sims. All of these dims sims were still cold in the centre from being undercooked. The 2nd issue with the order was I was overcharged but I only worked this out when I got home with the dim sims. I get everyone has a bad day so I went back there to have some fish and chips for dinner a few nights later. I walked in at 7:50pm and as soon as I got inside the door the man behind the counter said they were closed. I thought this was strange as it says 8pm. The man continues and say, sorry mate we shut at 8pm. At that stage I figured I'd give up and find another fish and chip shop...
