I was surprised that the pies at this unassuming bakery would be so good, that I would visit every time I was in the area! I love the chicken pie and the beef pie! The pastry to meat is the perfect ratio and texture. The owner is very friendly as well. I love coming here. Strathmore is very lucky to have this bakery.

Delicious soft bread!!! Came today at 10am and literally got the last loft!!! Ive tried the croissants as well and they're big and butterly 👌

This Baker is such a nice man as well,

CASH ONLY payment, don't worry there is a ATM inside. (I totally understand and except "cashonly" since small business can't justify the large transaction fees for small purchases, you shouldn't see that aspect...

Hands down this bakery makes the BEST Gluten Free Sunflower Loaf I have ever tasted. They also do a GF Mixed Seed and another - I just can't get past the Sunflower loaf - it is delicious. I live 40k+ away and still buy from here. For GF orders just ring a couple of days in advance (+ ask for it to be sliced). I've got 5 loaves in my freezer and another I'm munching...
