Welcoming it first. We always smoke blue mist flavour. We told the guy who works here that it just doesn’t taste right. 3 of us told him that if just doesn’t taste right he said no this is how it tastes. We always come for that flavour I’m pretty sure 3 peoples taste should be right over 1. I asked for the manager he said he is the manager. Mind you we had just started the Shisha so we haven’t even smoked it yet. He said to change the flavour we would need to pay for the next Shisha full price. I was shocked. Also that they have their kitchen closed due to renovation and we had no information on this on their pages so if you’re hungry you’ll only be eating seeds. Ambiance, I liked. Music was on point. The guy at the bar was friendly. The sheesha though, took 20 minutes to come out & the coal another 5. Don't know what the delay was about. The place wasn't packed at any 1 time there was at least one table available. They can improve on their speed of service. Otherwise staff was friendly, sheesha was great. They only cater for over 18 year olds, which is great lol. Lots of flavours for the sheesha but a little on the expensive side, it's ok though for the quality, didn't mind it. They do not come back and offer you fresh coals though. We were there for about 45 minutes, smoking constantly, but no one came about to offer us fresh coals for the sheesha or clean out the ash. Brought my shisha lover friends from Adelaide and they were blown away by the service. The staff was super friendly and quick. The food was top notch. Infact the food was 100 times better than well known middle eastern restaurants in Melbourne. We ordered 5 of their main dishes and then the sides. Authentic taste and beautifully presented. For shisha, no words to describe. It was such an awesome experience to visit this hidden gem. Made our day. Hats off to the team and the owner for providing the best in town service and tasty food.
