If zero stars was an option i would put it. Horrible customer service I stood in line with about 5 other people whilst the lady yells at us for buying food. Frantically checking people out screaming out “I’m going as fast as I can” even though no one was complaining? People like that don’t deserve to work in customer service jobs, they should give the jobs to people who need it. Horrible experience, I usually take train from here to go to uni, just went to grab water the lady at the counter was sooo rude and disrespectful. Having visited here almost everyday for 12 years.. i have never seen a kiosk ran or variety of food and drinks like this place. The owner has always been professional and friendly over all this time and is by far the best kiosk on any of the stations. I mean two,choices of coffer and award winning pies.
