I ordered chips here on Wednesday 13/10 served by a trainee which was cool she’s learning. I was charged $7.9 for chips when advertised on their menu as $6. If you’re going to put a menu with the wrong price, might as well not put it on at all. The senior staff who tried to resolved the issue just said “we can make it a large” no explanation to why I was over charged. The floor boy who gave me my coffee sounded like he didn’t want to be there. The coffee itself was disgusting, grounds in the coffee, cold and very bitter. Utterly disgusted with the service here. Please have better training for your staff.

We ordered the classic cheese burger and seasonal wedges and both tasted really good 🤤 the coffee was also really nice and the staff was really friendly and ontop of clearing plates when they were finished. My only issue was the price and the selection of drinks it was expensive, they charged $12.99 for wedges which is just potatoes and seasoning and they only offer Pepsi and lemonade.

Always prompt service and somewhere to sit inside or dine alfresco. Delicious iced chocolate drink topped with cream and ice-cream. A tasty Caesers Salad too. A wide range of light and healthy food choices.

THIS IS A VERY BUSY CAFE,AND AFTER RADIATION I HAD TO TAKE CHEMO TABLETS WITH FOOD,SO I DROPPED IN WHILE WAITING FOR MY CARER SHIRLEY,WHO HAD A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT HERSELF IN THE WEXFORD CENTRE. THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD WAS FIRST CLASS, SPOILT BY HARD BOILED POACHED EGGS. THE CAFE IS WELL SET OUT,BUT BEING SO BUSY,ITS LOOKING TIRED, NOTED VINAL SEATING IN POOR CONDITION, IMITATION WOOD PANEL FLOORING COMING UNSTUCK AND LIFTING, ONLY A SMALL CRITICISM, BUT THEY DO HAVE OVER 300 SIMILAR EATERYS,MAYBE ITS IN THE PIPELINE TO BE FIXED. THE COFFEE WAS VERY GOOD, AND THE PRICE COMPETITIVE BREAKFAST + 2 COFFEE'S COST $ 25.50, I WILL BE GOING AGAIN VERY SOON, THE YOUNG WAITRESSES,WERE HELPFULL AND ATTENTIVE☕🥓🍳🍅☕☕ I HAVE BECOME A REGULAR BREAKFAST PATRON DUE TO EARLY RADIATION,ACROSS THE ROAD AT F.S.H.AS SOON AS MY TREATMENT IS COMPLETED,I HEAD HERE STRAIGHT AWAY. I HAVE 3 CHEMO TABLETS TO TAKE WITH FOOD SO WHAT BETTER EXCUSE I CAN WAIT HERE WHILE SHIRLEY ATTENDS HER DOCTOR AT MURDOCH CENTRE,THE FOOD IS CONSITENT AND TASTY,THE COFFEE GETS A NINE , GOOD AND HOT,THEY ALSO GIVE DISCOUNT TO PENSIONERS 😷😷🍳☕☕ MY BREAKFAST,WITH COFFEE DE /CAF TO TAKE 3 CHEMO TABLETS,JUST COMPLETED RADIATION, GOOD FOOD, FRESH!!!!!ft 🔴🔵ANOTHER REVIEW, 🔴🔵 CONSISTENCY IS COMPLETELY NECESSARY IN BUSINESS. WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR BREAFAST, THE BACON WAS THICK AND LIKE RUBBER, THE TOAST, WAS OVERCOOKED AND HARD ON THE BITE, THE COFFEE WAS GOOD I WOULD SUGGEST, THE COMPANY BUY THIN CUT BACON NOT ONLY DOES IT COOK BETTER, BUT ON THE BUISNESS SIDE, YOU ONLY NEED HALF THE WEIGHT( MORE PPROFIT) THE BREAD NEEDS TO BE BETTER QUALITY AND...

Had asked that my coffees be made takeaway so I could drop off to my partner in emergency and food to be brought out when I came back (would only take me 5 mins to drop off the coffee). The food came out about 10 minutes before the takeaway coffees and the wait staff kindly offered to keep it warm. After coming back from dropping off the coffee, I asked the waitstaff if it was possible to have the poached eggs remade as they would most likely be hard. I overheard the waiter making this request to the chef and I was audibly able to hear her complaining about it and why should she have to do it. She then came out into the front of house and further questioned the front of house staff as to why she should have to remake it. They kindly asked her to do it again and I once more heard her complaining about it. Extremely unprofessional and I felt bad for the front of house staff who were understanding and helpful. Chef needs...

Not sure the staff is equipped to deal with such a strange place as a hospital cafe where most customers are dealing with trauma in some form. They seem to be mostly part time students & it was quite frustrating to witness how lost the new cashier was & the other member of staff barely a metre away not willing to help a new staff member to learn the ropes unless she asked for help, repeatedly. It was excruciating to witness. Can't help but wonder how well the unhelpful staff would do if she was parachuted in the country of origin of the new member of staff with a foreign language & written form to deal with. Anyhoo, end result is: both staff members frustrated as hell, my order ended up being wrong & truly not nice to eat. Food is the only solace some customers have to find comfort while receiving mostly bad news in this place so lesson learnt, I'll go somewhere else...
