I will never bring my children back here Worse experience I've ever seen in a cinema staff members are not easy to communicate with comes across rude not only to adults who should be civil but also to children even children with disabilities when situation was approached manger try to bring up a different situation to another day involving the minecraft movie but we were there not there on that day that she mentioned which had nothing to do with today when we went they try excusing speaking to children very poorly instead of speaking to the parents they also did not pull up the children who was swinging on the bars at the front of the cinema behind the recliners nor when they decided to bully a child with a disability they said they will pause the movie & kick us out mind you we told our children to be qutie and they listened but felt the need to carry this on due to the other family children constantly running in and out of the cinema complaining about things that weren't happening they also wouldn't help with where I could of made a complaint too the whole situation wasn't handled in a manner where it wasn't professional to be running a cinema it is not right to treat any child with a disability this way. I would like to also add not being able to support baskets to put drinks & food in to support families like other cinemas it also seem to be a probelm when the children needed the bathroom they were told they would be kicked out if they got up again my children are 7 & under compare to the 13 year olds that were causing the probelm so many issues that just shouldn't of happened. We now have very upset boys who had the worse experience seeing the minecraft movie. Never again they also apologise then reflected constantly changing back & forth none of it...
Read moreI had the most frustrating experience at this cinema, and I can't believe how poorly they handle customer service. After purchasing tickets for a family of 8, we were told we could sit anywhere, which was great. But halfway through the movie (we were watching the Smurfs, by the way), an employee approached us and demanded to see our tickets. To our shock, he informed us that we were in the wrong seats—apparently, we didn’t pay the extra $6 per person for the recliner chairs we were sitting in!
We explained that the person at the front desk had told us we could sit there, but the employee didn’t care. He insisted we had to move to the regular seats, despite the fact that the cinema was practically empty. With five young kids in tow, it was a nightmare to gather everyone and relocate. It was incredibly disappointing and left a sour taste in our mouths.
This place needs to get its act together. If you’re looking for an stress-free family outing, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Save your money and...
Read morefirst time going there to take my elderly disabled mother arrived there at 10.15 am for the 11 oclock seasion of downton abby ,to find they dont open the doors till 15 mins before hand, we arrived early as it takes my mother longer to walk and be seated so avoided the rush so I thought , by the time they open the doors, we then had to stand in line which is very difficult for her to do, till the point she was nearly callapsing before I could even get her past the crowd and into the cinema to be seated hence i then lost my place and had to go to the back of the line, something to think about for anyone disabled try and avoid the first session when they dont open the doors till 15 mins before hand, which is not enough time for anyone struggling to walk in there.maybe you should look at opening half hour before seeing as the attendants were in there earlier just didnt open the doors. Also no seats just outside the doors to sit for...
