We have had our kid's Birthday party here and had a great time :). We found the store really flexible with times and the sort of food we were allowed to bring in (which kept the $$$$ down). It ended up being a lot cheaper than we were expecting as well.
The counter staff are friendly and recently there seems to be more staff around the jumping castles during busy periods. How those guys don't die of boredom is beyond me.
We have a 5 year old and a 3 year old and have found that they can go on all the jumping castles and are not restricted just to the 'under 5' section. We also normally ring ahead and check how busy it is before showing up. This way we know they won't be shoved by older kids.
You get a 2hr wristband; however our kids are exhausted after the first hour. Make sure you pack water!!! It gets really hot. There are limited food facilities at the centre but there is a Subway and McDonald's around the corner of you haven't packed lunch.
If you are just going on the jumping castles to supervise your kids, you don't need to buy an adult wristband.

Read moreBeen there couple of years back in summer days and it was too hot inside. Went again there after a long time and it's still hot as before. They only have fans which makes it even hotter. It's a decent place for fun activities but I wonder why the management is not looking into this and introducing some air conditioning. Kids love to play there but in the end they are exhausted because of the dehydration in such humid environment. I'm sure they don't bother about these reviews as other people have mentioned this issue before too. The only way looking is to report them to the health and safety authorities for inspection. If you're going there with smaller kids in summer make sure they wear light clothes and keep them hydrated during the activities still then they will end up red skin in the end as per my experience. I hope somehow they realize and fix it before any...
Read moreGreat amusement centre for young kids. The staff can often seem very uninterested in being there but the variety of inflatables is good. The seating area xould be better but is good enough for small parties, larger parties often need to be spread out to neighbouring table and chairs. The children's shoe storage could be better as there is often piles left outside the entrance to the inflatable area. There is a small selection of food and drinks available at the reception desk and 2 indoor sports fields. For what it is it is brilliant but a bit of an upgrade would make the centre a lot more appealing. The front paved carpark is rather small but a larger unmarked gravel carpark can be found at the rear of...
