First and probably last time visiting this one. Super expensive, even more so with the weekend surcharge. When we asked if there was a weekend surcharge we were told that there were signs everywhere. We hadn’t argued it, merely asked if there was one.
Ordered a cookie that didn’t come, when queried we were directed to get it ourselves. The kids were harmlessly playing with sugar packets on the table while waiting, lady came and literally took them out of their hands, yes it was approaching close but didn’t clear any other tables sugars, didn’t ask, took them out of their hands.
After the kids had finished they wanted to look at the flowers, which they did. We were then told that it wasn’t allowed for them to be walking around the plant nursery alone. We were very clearly watching them, they did nothing but walk around, were no more than 20m away and they’re late primary school, not toddlers.
Not much positive to report, Coffee was fine, cookie was pretty stale. Setting is nice enough but not worth the employee attitude. I rarely leave negative reviews but this one...
