Sadly, the owner fell very short of the amazing service Julie, the last owner, and Val before her gave. I took my children there on a regular basis, as children, then my son, as an adult, and I would continue to go, enjoying the wonderful atmosphere created by the owners, including their welcoming hello and smiles. Today, I went in and all my fond memories were halted by the unfriendly owner. I attempted to create a bit of conversation about the shop which seemed to fall upon disinterested ears. The owner seemed more interested in her laptop than gaining the sale she lost from me. I was planning to buy my son some Christmas gifts. If you are taking a visit, you must purchase one of the new Apple Sour Fizz Bomb lollies. I honestly have never tasted anything as sour as this one. I dare anyone to buy and finish one! The Apple Sour beats the Lemon Sours in the lolly shop hands down, for sourness. These would also be a great asset to have on hand for Halloween...
