Prime location as you come into town and as a result, has plenty of people coming and going. The Muffin and coffee were ok but I was expecting a lot more from this experience.

The place is like a school cafeteria with a deli like ticketing system. Pull a ticket and wait to be served. When you place your order you get another ticket to wait for your order to be called out.

The kicker is for your entire stay, all orders are called out over the PA at a continual rate at full volume. You can hear them from across the street.

For a small town I was hoping for a warm experience with a wholesome vibe. This place has no heart. If you must go here, make sure you take your order to go, otherwise I suggest going elsewhere.

I hate to leave a negative review like this but this bakery has no warmth and Staff...

We had lunch here in Jan 2023, and we found the bakery had plenty of food options that are available. From the typical pies and sausage rolls to the fresh and tasty meals. We enjoyed the fish, chips, and salad; the fish was fresh and crunchy, and the salad was fresh and chips crunchy. The meal was delightful, and for 2 of us, it cost around $43. My only suggestion would have been nice to see prices for the meals, as it was busy and I was not comfortable asking.

Staff were pleasant and polite. They were pretty busy when we were there as it was Australia day. We didn't wait to long for food. There was plenty of seating inside and out, and designated smoking and non-smoking areas. The shop is on a corner on a uphill, but there are pathways to the store, so wheelchair or wheeler...

Ok I’ve never been in before so wasn’t really onto the whole ticket then pick up system they’ve got going on. A few people in there.I ordered and my Ticket was called out, proceeded to pick up point no one there ! I stood at the bainmarie for a couple of minutes with my ticket in the air didn’t get a look off any of the staff so no probs I just waited another couple of minutes Food came out, great !!! but was then asked to wait Twice as long for the coffees ok no worries, kids opened up there lasagne and my mrs had the salad roll and we were really disappointed. The coffee was ok but the staff seemed run off their feet and poor buggers looked miserable. The ticket system wasn’t efficient either. I hope with a bit of a think they can iron out...

Nov 2023 - Ate there on a Friday after the main lunch period so it was quieter. Just had a meat pie and orange juice as I didn't want too much. Unfortunately the pie selection was in bain marie resulting in the pastry being soggy. It just fell apart when I started eating but it was tasty. That is why I have rated the it 4 stars overall. Plenty of selection on display. Enjoyed the parrots hopping around on the table. Popular place on other occasions when I have been passing through.
