Elevation 423 — Restaurant in Victoria

We ordered 2 family pizzas with coffees for takeaway and decided to dine in as it was cold outside ...the owner's partner asked us how many ppl and gave us 10 plates and a long table to sit on. Suddenly when the rest of the family came to the restaurant the other owner came and flagged we cant sit and eat here as we ordered a take away until we order more…so, my brother flagged this wasnt mentioned before we were given seats to dine in so now what has changed the male owner was outright rude and said that you can’t sit here and eat you have to leave as you haven’t made any booking or reservations cuz we are a big group … if that’s what the policy is then why wasn’t it mentioned before …. This made the whole situation very tense and he started coming up with excuses of not enough seating and peak time and rudely asking us to leave … we as a whole family were asked to leave numerous times in a rude tone after we were given seating and served plates to dine in. We have never in our lives experienced such humiliation and bad customer service especially with all the kids witnessing this as well. It was a traumatic experience we felt really worthless to be thrown out of the restaurant just because the owner felt he didn’t want to accomodate us as we might not buy more food than what we had already ordered. We were already thinking of ordering more before going in but this owner with his bad attitude lost not only more revenue but also we would never be ever coming or recommending this restaurant to any of our family or...

After a catastrophic dinner a night before at Radius Bar & Grill we enter Elevation 423. We had no reservation, but we thought we can get a takeaway pizza. We were told to wait for 5 minutes, and we can get a table for dine in. In 2 minutes, we were asked to choose if we want a table inside or outside on the veranda. We chose outside as it was nice and cosy. It was busy and we could see more couples we met a nigh before to the tragic Radius. We were already impressed before looking at the menu. The mouth start watering the soonest we got to the menu. We choose for entre the arancini and for main the scotch file( which comes with chips and salad). The atmosphere was lovely, the staff friendly and very polite. The entre was served at 5minutes after order was taken. 4 perfection arancini balls that melts in your mouth, on a plate with rochet salad sprinkle with balsamic and on a side with tomato sauce. The main was an elevation from the entre, if you could get more after perfection…and they could. The stake was done to super-perfection and chips were fluffy inside and crunchy outside. The salad had good dressing and complimented the dish well. What can I say more than we had a lovely night, and we told all our friends and keep telling everyone we know about this amazing establishment. Absolutely, positively the best restaurant in Marysville! We're not locals to the town, but have family that are and they recommended Elevation423 to cater the food for our wedding which was postponed twice in 2020.

Robyn was so easy to deal with and came through with a fantastic, affordable menu for our 30 guests for the day which we were going to collect to have at a nearby property. Unfortunately due to updated restrictions a couple of days out, we asked Robyn if it were possible for us to make a booking within the restaurant and have all our guests in for a sit down meal and drinks and she was more than happy to accomodate and have us all there with a set roast meal that we had previously planned with her.

The food was AMAZING, a beautiful slow cooked beef and chicken with vegetables (even a delish looking veggie stack meal for the vegetarians) and we had a tab set up on the bar for drinks and cocktails.

With a fantastic set of friendly staff and owners, as well as delicious meals, we had such a great experience with Elevation 423 that we will be back to visit every time we happen to be around town and would happily recommend others!
