I had my birthday bbq and ordered lamb shoulder to put on a spit. I also ordered some boneless chicken Maryland. Everyone was so helpful with the recommendation for what to marinade the chicken and lamb with. The lamb was marinaded with a Greek dry rub and the chicken was marinaded in lemon pepper and red wine and garlic. The guests were raving about the flavour of both the chicken and the lamb.
