First Impressions – A Warm and Inviting Atmosphere
As soon as I walked into Hoi An Town, I was greeted by the decor was a perfect blend of modern and traditional, featuring bamboo accents, lanterns, and soft, ambient lighting. The space was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed yet lively vibe—ideal for both casual dining and family gatherings.
Food & Drinks – A True Taste of Vietnam
I started my meal with the fresh prawn spring rolls served with a side of a bit of lettuce and fish sauce. For the main course, I ordered the Pho Tai (rare beef noodle soup), and it was nothing short of spectacular. The broth was deeply flavorful, with the perfect balance of spices, star anise, and slow-cooked beef bones. The thinly sliced beef was tender and cooked just right in the hot broth. Served with fresh Thai basil, lime, and bean sprouts, it was a comforting and satisfying dish. My dining companion opted for the Bún Thịt Nướng (grilled pork vermicelli bowl), which came with crispy spring rolls, pickled carrots. I love their food so much that I have to give them a 5/5 star. 100% sure that I'll be coming back here with my family and friends for more great dishes. They haven't got their licensed yet but...
Read more(No photos sadly for this review, but all dishes look like how they're displayed on the menus!). First off, I absolutely love the looks of the restaurant! (That was probably the first reason why I came to check it out), although everything else is quite the same too.
I think the staff were very positive and were quick to embrace feedback from me and my family, which I think is great for a business which is trying to improve and grow. The food we ordered were two different types of phó, spring rolls, vermicelli noodles with chicken and beef (if I can remember correctly?), and a rice dish. We also ordered some drinks, too (a lychee lemonade and lychee tea which were wonderful).
There truly were no flaws to any of our orders, (although the broth for the phó wasn't as flavourful as what I'm accustomed to, but still). Overall: great staff, equally great food and a lovely look to the restaurant which sets it apart from the rest of the Asian restaurants in the area!! (The outdoor area is a great addition). I will for sure be coming back here again. 루비 인형...

Had roast pork Pho and was amazed at how crispy the crackling was despite being served in soup. It stayed crispy until close to the end of my meal.
A slightly unfortunate thing for us is that the meat was rather lean, they used pork shoulder for the roast pork and lean sliced beef for bun bo hue. You can't please everyone, and many people in this area seem to prefer leaner cuts.
Overall a great local business, the soup has a lighter, clean taste (no overpowering MSG hit here) that some people will favour over the typical full flavoured options you might find in Footscray and Springvale. Fresh and generous serving of raw veggies, the bean sprouts in particular were above average in quality, and good and tasty.
I hope you guys stick around and we'll definitely be back soon to try the other items...
