My parter and I visited this cafe today with our two kids for the first time, we always take a snack container for each kid with some food we know they will eat incase the aren’t a fan of the cafe food. As it can be a hit and miss with children, unfortunately it was a miss today with the cafe food but we where rudely asked to put away the kids snack boxes as they don’t allow outside food, so my kids where unable to eat anything until we left the cafe. Read moreWould not rate this place AT ALL. Came here earlier in the year (Jan 10) and after waiting 45 minutes, my coffee came out but not the food that I ordered (my friends food came out though?) I enquired 3 times about where my food was and on the first and second time, they kept saying it was coming and on the 3rd time they said it had already been taken out and if I didn’t get it, it wasn’t their fault. When I asked if I could get something else they said kitchen was closed. Absolutely horrible to deal with, the people working there ignored me the whole time and it was so difficult to talk to them. Read moreWow! After a disappointing stay at a local holiday park we stopped in at Hello Birdie completely by accident for some brunch and the sense of relief was instantly phenomenal. Amazing vibe, comfy, welcoming, warm and accommodating. Lovely airconditioned seating in their gorgeously decked out interior and the kids had a blast in their thoughtfully set up kids playspace outside (where there is additional shaded seating/tables for outdoor dining or watching the kids play.)
