I booked two sandboards over the weekend. There were issues receiving attachments between mine and the owners phone. On the day I was meant to pickup the boards I advised I hadn’t received the information on where to collect the boards. Two hours later I finally got a reply. I dropped the boards back off to the owners mother’s house (where I picked them up) and hours later I received a txt asking why I still hadn’t returned the boards (see photo). The place where I returned the boards wasn’t hard to see so I’m not too sure why I was being accused of not returning the boards. Also, if it takes two hours to reply to a customer, despite being at a festival as the owner stated he was at, maybe hire someone to handle enquiries. I’ve since bought my daughter her...

Hired 2 stand and 2 sit down boards and Scott provided us with tips on using and the most picturesque place in the national park to ride. We arranged collection of the boards from a mutual location due to the holidays but nothing was too hard or strange for Scott to handle. Definitely hiring again next time we come To town....
