We recently visited Flame 40 in Port Lincoln with our family, including kids, and were extremely disappointed with the service. Despite the restaurant being empty, the staff refused to provide a separate table for the kids. After multiple requests, they reluctantly offered one, but their attitude remained unfriendly throughout.
The situation worsened when we requested help setting up food for the kids. The owner came over and outright refused, leaving us to stop eating and serve the kids ourselves. The service was slow; while the curry was served, the naan took an unreasonably long time to arrive. When we asked, the staff responded rudely, saying it would “take time,” even though we had already been waiting for 25 minutes.
This level of disrespect and poor service was unacceptable, especially for a family-friendly outing. We expected better and were left disappointed. I would not recommend...

We ordered baigan Bharata, naan, rice, dal makhnai, samosa and chicken curry. Food was okay except samosa. Samosa were too oily and it wasn't that good.

Read moreFood and service are really bad. We order Kadhai chicken and Masala soya chaap. It takes them 30mins to prepare only for us, no more dine in or take away. We try to be patient but end up with raw chicken, can see red meat from the 1st cut. When we ask waitress to change, she just “Oh really” (sounds like we’re making up story) then changes another meal, but we don’t have appetite anymore after waiting such a long time and seeing that raw meat. We didn’t get any apology from chef 🙄 Naan is too thin and small, not worth the price. Cashier serves without careness. Never gives enough utensils, takes order 1 thing then serves 1 thing. The problem is when we ask to change she never say sorry. That makes us feel we’re making trouble for her eventhough the food we order is more expensive than the...
