I woke up on my birthday craving a big breakfast, and my husband confidently said, “I’ve got just the place!” He wasn’t kidding. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the customer service was nothing short of exceptional.

We ordered the breakfast board, and WOW—it was beyond anything I could have imagined. It was a feast of perfectly cooked bacon, juicy tomatoes, caramelized onions (a must-have add-on), crispy halloumi (another brilliant add-on), eggs done to perfection, and sausages so good they converted me (and I don’t even like sausages!). Add to that golden waffles, toasted sourdough, earthy mushrooms, and fresh fruit—it was a breakfast dream come true. Every single bite was absolute perfection.

As if that wasn’t enough, the owners surprised me with a gluten-free birthday muffin that was so moist and flavorful I couldn’t believe it, and two vanilla slices—on the house! Their generosity and attention to detail truly made my birthday unforgettable.

Boston Bay Diner isn’t just a cafe; it’s an experience. The food, the service, and the genuine care from the owners make this place stand out. I can’t recommend it enough—this is a must-visit spot in Port Lincoln!

We dropped by here for brunch as the other cafes we passed were pretty packed.

Pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu. We ordered a mega schnitzel focaccia, a clean green juice, a cappuccino and waffles benedict.

The focaccia definitely lived up to its word - it was massive. I ended up taking half of the focaccia home. It tasted fresh with lots of veggies, which is what I needed.

According to my foodie buddie, the waffles Benedict was delicious and also came in a pretty decent serving.

We didn’t have to wait too long for food, considering they were quite busy too.

Friendly service too. Thank you for looking after us! We would love to return to try out the rest...

My partner and I shared a meal as he wasn't hungry and asked for an extra plate and when delivered the chef had split it into two plates 😊 not many chefs have the passion still and were very thankful for what you did... And it tasted amazing!!! He girls out the front are lovely and the view by the water tops it's off. See...
