I took my son there and my son left in tears! I asked the man to trim the top and cut the sides short, my son wanted the top left long and had been growing it for almost 6 months so he could tie it in a ponytail! That man did not listen to a word I said! I'm so upset with the shop I will never take my son there again! not only did he hack at the sons head and left cuts at the back of his head, he cut his hair on top so short that he can no longer tie it up at all! it may as well be a number 1 all over!!!! Twice I had to ask him not to touch the top but he did not listen, resulted in my son crying when we left as he had been growing it for so long and now has to start again! If a man had of taken him the outcome would have been different! So sick of these barbers doing what ever they want. my son is 11years old and he hacked...

The baber did not listen to what I wanted even though i had been asking him and directing him along the way. More customers walked in and he hurriedly tried to finish. When I told him he need to take more off the back and give me the cut I wanted he refused and said if you want me to do that I'll charge you for 2 hair cuts. He wanted me out of that chair so he could charge the next mug $20 for a hair cut he didn't want. In hind sight I should not have payed at all. I would not recommend this place to any one as I could have done a better job myself. @$20 for a cut you would expect something decent, unfortunatey this place won't give it to you. They are more intrested in rushing people through to make money than delivering a quality service...

I can not emphasise a one star any more than this. Old guy with the glasses cut my hair. He was playing with a parrot perched on his shoulder and cutting my hair at the same time no joke. Guy thought he was a pirate and ended up looting my hairline. I can fit 5 of my fingers on my forehead because of this tragedy. The entire time he was cutting my hair he did not understand what I was saying (I spoke in english) but suddenly became fluent in English AFTER I paid him. If you go here, do not get your hair cut by the guy with the glasses and definitely don't get your haircut by a guy playing...
