Really poor service and poor care, and inconsistent portions. Also served in broken crockery that was very obvious to see.

My wife and kids arrived first, and I joined them later, and my wife had ordered for me to make things easier. By the time I got there, they had brought out the spring rolls, but only one order of Pho. We waited and waited and waited, and then my wife asked about the second and they said she had only ordered one. Not happy.

The second order eventually came out, and it was smaller than the first! Far less noodles than the first, and it didn't come with the side dish of sprouts, herbs, and lemon.

The guy who was front of house also didn't really seem to care very much, spent his time talking to someone else in Vietnamese than bothering to look after customers, since we had also asked for a two spare bowls to portion food for the kids, nope, we had to get up and get it, and they also didn't bring us cups to the table for the tea.

Absolute shambles.

The spring rolls with dipping sauce had a huge hole in it that was leaking the sauce onto the plate underneath. How on earth do you miss that?? (Pictured)

Don't hold super high...

Operating in the vibrant Berala area, this charming Vietnamese restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience and stays open until 8:30 PM. There are some other dish selections available; however, close to the closing time, they only have their specialty, which is the rich and aromatic Beef Noodle Soup. The establishment serves a broth that is not only flavorful but also brimming with generous portions that will satisfy even the heartiest of appetites.

The owner and staff are genuinely welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels valued and catered to. Their friendly demeanor enhances the overall dining experience, as they are quick to listen to any special requests or needs.

The restaurant itself is a clean and inviting space, adorned with tasteful decorations that create a warm atmosphere. Soothing ambient music plays softly in the background, further enhancing the peaceful dining experience.

Please note that if you choose to pay by electronic card, there may be a small surcharge added to your bill. Overall, this restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a cozy and...

PHO Four Seasons provides a very inviting atmosphere for first time customers, and when compared to similar Vietnamese restaurants in the area, the restaurant in of itself was cosy and beautiful. However, with regards to the pricing, it is definitely on the higher end of the spectrum for the availability of both food and drinks. Service was average, especially at dinner service. It almost feels understaffed, as it was quite difficult at times to get the attention of one of the two front of house staff members. They are always busy and even at times, running into each other and the delivery couriers. A definite downside is the speed of the kitchen. For four people, we had to wait close up to 30 minutes for even a single dish to arrive at our table, not even the extra drinks we ordered were at our disposal. So if you're planning to visit PHO Four Seasons, make sure to plan ahead, and do not arrive super hungry. Other than that, food was above average and the atmosphere definitely helped lighten up the mood for the...

I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was a complete letdown. The soup was completely bland with no flavor whatsoever. The beef wasn’t thinly sliced but came out as one big lump—raw and bloody on the inside, with a strong unpleasant smell. It was so tough and rubbery it felt like chewing gum. The so-called crispy fried chicken was no better; the meat clearly wasn’t fresh and had a bad odor. Honestly, this was the worst beef noodle soup I’ve had in Sydney, hands down. Very disappointing.
