After many years of excellent service, yesterday's visit may have been my last. It started normally, I grabbed 2 items from the shelves, took them to the counter and waited to be served. After about 30 seconds a portly man with short dark hair came along, scanned the 2 items, and said "that's $47.98." "That can't be right." I replied. "$22.99 and $9.99 doesn't add up to $47." "It's not $22.99, it's $37.99." he replied, proceeding to call out the description of the product I had bought. I immediately walked back to the shelf to check the tag myself. Clearly $22.99. There was something about his attitude, as if I was pointing out the mistake just to ruin his day, that prompted me to say., "Maybe you should give it to me for free? Isn't that the policy when an item scans at a higher price than what's on the shelf?" Now he became extremely surly and belligerent, going on about how there was no such law and that I could write to the government and of course, they would surely pass a special law just for me. The lady in Pharmacy today with the scarf. I have no idea what was her problem today with me and my mum. She was extremely rude. She tried to look after the customers it was behind me . I was in the front of the line waiting maximum 30 minutes. Plus she's been talking so rude to me without any help. This was the dissapointed experience I ever had. She can never do that while someone is waiting in first line. Everbody is patient in there. It's happened today around at 12:40 afternoon ( 18/03/22) which is today. She was working with other male stuff today as well. I couldn't even get my mum's tablets what she needs after that behaviour she did. She really needed her medicines today. I couldn't change my pharmacy as well because her doctor sent already to this chemist. Can you please have some discussion about this with her. I will be appreciated it. I never had this type of issue before. She has to look after the customers in a positive manners way and equally not this way at all.
