Incredibly rude customer service. I read another reply of their's to a similar review using the excuse of 'being busy'. This time, the cafe was empty. I am a disability support worker and I entered with the lady I'm supporting. The two ladies working at the cafe just kept exchanging glances the whole time. No greetings. When I gave my order, the lady responded curtly. Before they started making the order, I saw the 'cash only' sign on the register and confirmed with them. More exchanging of glances and silence. Read moreIn reply to the most recent post today. I agree with the owner 100%. In actual fact we were all flabbergasted that you spoke the way you did and then used the “cash only” excuse to walk out. Nonetheless, my recommendation to the owner is maybe roll out the red carpet and have a waiter/waitress waiting to take orders for your customers that assume to be better than the rest of us who is happy to repeat our order if you for some humanly reason didn’t hear it the first time.
