Coles Winston Hills — Local services in Sydney

I shop at Coles for my groceries for quite some time now as I can find a variety of products I need. However, recently I’m really disappointed about the $5-$5.50 punnet of strawberries I have been purchasing. I purchase them as back in 2021 I noticed how much nicer they were than the cheaper strawberries. I buy them for my son so I am willing to pay good money for it. The recent bunch, the fourth one to be exact have all been mushed up, off looking and slimy. Coles you need to check the quality of your produce before selling to consumers. Price of living is already insane and the profits margins are just beyond and to sell us crap produce just to throw away is extremely frustrating. Poor customer relations when handling customer complaints at the front checkout. Store manager is impartial and a decent man, shame about some of his staff. Staff need to be trained in dealing with frustrated customers . Past recent yrs nearly on a weekly basis i have picked up products marked or placed on the shelf in the wrong location and been charged wrong price at the checkout! This is a cost factor to my grocery bill at the end of te day!! I used to shop at Woolworths but have found Coles better value for money.
